Return Policy for FalconZoom GPS, ELDs, and Trackers
At FalconZoom, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This truck equipment return policy explains how you can return GPS trackers, dash cams, temperature trackers, ELD devices, and other truck equipment purchased from FalconZoom.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return unused truck equipment within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Products showing signs of installation, use, damage, or missing components are not eligible for return.
- Custom or special-order products may be subject to separate return restrictions.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Wait for a return authorization and shipping instructions from FalconZoom.
- Ship your item(s) back using the method provided in our instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, FalconZoom will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or defective.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. FalconZoom will provide instructions and cover any shipping costs for replacement items.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed GPS devices, ELDs, dash cams, and temperature trackers
- Software, activation codes, or electronic downloads
- Items returned without prior authorization or outside the 30-day window
6. Warranty Claims
If your product develops a fault after 30 days, it may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us for warranty support and we’ll help you with next steps.
